AU - فرحان، وعد عبد الرحيم AU - المولى، مروان عبد اللطيف AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء وتقنين مقياس الرضا الوظيفي والتعرف على قيم مقياس الرضا الوظيفي لدى أفراد عينة البحث واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لملائمته وطبيعة المشكلة وتم اختيار مجتمع البحث الذي يتكون من مشرفي التربية الرياضية (المشرفات والمشرفين) التربويين للمديريات العامة للتربية في العراق والبالغ عددهم (255) مشرف ومشرفة بطريقة عمدية وستنتج الباحثان أن عينة البحث تميزت بحدود طبيعية ومعقولة في مقياس الرضا الوظيفي ومجالاته اقتراحا بتخصيص ميزانية ملائمة لتغطية النفقات الإضافية التي يشكو منها المشرفون التربويون والمشرفات.
