AB - This study aimed to explore the level of creativity among teachers in The King Abdullah II School of excellence and teachers of excellent students in the regular schools in Jordan and relationship between Achievement and Self Esteem of their Students. The study sample was purposely selected from (10) regular schools belonging to the Directorate of Zarqa First Education and the King Abdullah II School for excellence in Zarqa. The study sample consisted of (68) teachers and (331) students. To achieve the study goals the teachers' creative scale were built, which consists of (50) items divided into four dimensions: personal, educational, cognitive, and social as well as emotional characteristics. Furthermore, a self-esteem scale consisted of (41) items was built. It was divided into three dimensions, namely: personal, academic and social dimensions. The validity and reliability of the scales of the study were guaranteed. The results showed that the level of creativity among the teachers of the excellent students in the regular schools and the King Abdullah II School of excellence was high in all dimensions of creativity and creative level as a whole, and that there were no statistically significant differences among teachers in the creativity level in terms of gender, years of experience and academic specialization, while there were statistically significant differences among teachers in the creativity level in terms of educational level in favor of bachelor's degree holders and statistically significant differences in the level of creativity due to school type in favor of the King Abdullah II School of Excellence. As well as, the results showed that the level of self-esteem among the excellent students was high in all dimensions of the self-esteem scale and the level of self-esteem as a whole. The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences of class and school type in self-esteem levels of excellent students, and there were statistically significant differences in the self-steam due to gender in favor of female students.
