The researchers used the descriptive survey method. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The study reached a number of results, most notably. The high school leaders' role in enhancing the intellectual security of secondary school students was in a high degree. The practice of the secondary schools’ leaders for their role in the development of citizenship values among secondary school students came in a high degree. The members of the study sample agree to a medium degree on the suggestions that may contribute to activate the role of school leadership in promoting intellectual security and the development of citizenship values among students. The Soul The study recommended a number of recommendations, including: Enlightening the students the challenges of globalization and openness, and the establishment of educational seminars and awareness-raising between the school and the security authorities, and deepen the concept of intellectual security in school activities, and activate the role of family and community institutions.
