AU - الخويطر، ذكرى بنت عبد الله محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على واقع دور القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز في إدارة الأزمات، والتعرف أيضا على الاحتياجات، والمعوقات التي تواجه القيادات الأكاديمية فيها، وتحديد الدور المقترح لهم في إدارة الأزمات، وسبل تطوير دور تلك القيادات الأكاديمية في إدارة الأزمات من وجهة نظرهم، مستخدمة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المسحي. تكونت العينة من (174) قائداً أكاديميا، وتم استخدام أداة مقابلة مكونة من (12) عبارة وكذلك تم استخدام استبانة مكونة من (87) عبارة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: 1) كانت درجة واقع دور القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز في إدارة الأزمات (متوسطة). 2) هناك موافقة بدرجة (عالية) في إدارة الأزمات نحو احتياجات دور القيادات الأكاديمية في إدارة الأزمات، والدور المقترح لهم. 3) هناك موافقة بدرجة (متوسطة) من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية في إدارة الأزمات نحو معوقات دور القيادات الأكاديمية ، وسبل تطويره. وقد قدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات. It is also to determine the proposed role of the academic leasers at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University in crisis management, and ways of developing the role of the academic leasers at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University in crisis management from their point of view. It used a descriptive analytical approach. The sample was (174) academic leaders. The tools used were interview (12 statements) and questionnaire (87 statements). The findings of the study are: 1) The degree of the reality of the role of the academic leaders at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University in crisis management is (intermediate). 2) The degree agreement of the needs of the role of the academic leaders at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University in crisis management and The proposed role of the academic leasers at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University in crisis management is (high). 3) The degree agreement of the obstacles that face the role of the academic leaders at Prince Satam Bin Abdulaziz University in crisis management and the ways of developing the role of the academic leasers at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University in crisis management is (intermediate). The study has many recommendations.
