AU - القحطاني، مبارك فهيد AB - يهدف هذا البحث إلى استشراف أبرز التحديات المتوقعة مستقبلاً التي يمكن أن تواجه القيادات التربوية في المملكة العربية السعودية ومعرفة سبل مواجهتها ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم البحث منهج الدراسات المستقبلية من خلال رؤية خبراء متخصصين في مجال القيادات التربوية (21) خبيراً باستخدام أسلوب دلفاي حيث توصل الخبراء إلى (54) تحدياً و(54) معالجة موزعة على ثمان مجالات وقد توصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج من أبرزها: 1) تصدّر التحدي الاقتصادي إذ حصل على المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط (4.23) من (5) وبانحراف معياري (0.70) الأمر الذي يشير إلى تأثيره بدرجة كبيرة جداً وجاءت المعالجات المقترحة لهذا التحدي بالمرتبة الأولى بمتوسط (4.42) وانحراف معياري (0.70) أي بدرجة كبيرة جداً. 2) كما حصلت بقية التحديات على درجة تراوحت بين كبيرة جداً وكبيرة وفق الترتيب الآتي: التحدي الإداري يليه التربوي ثم الثقافي، فالتكنلوجي، فالاجتماعي، فالتعليمي، فالأمني. وحصلت جميع المعالجات المقترحة لتلك التحديات من قبل الخبراء على درجة كبيرة جداً. (الملخص المنشور http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The purpose of conducting this study is to explore the most salient future challenges that that may face the educational leaders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and how to face them. To achieve this, the research utilized the future studies approach via resorting to the vision of 21 professional experts in the field of the educational leaders and through applying the Delphi method whereby experts reached to 54 challenges and 54 treatments that are distributed to eight fields. Using some statistical analyses, the researcher arrived at several results and the most prominent ones are as follows: The economic challenge hits the record as it occupies the first grade with the average of (4.23) out of (5) and with a standard deviation of (0.70), and this reflects its very high impact. The suggested treatments for such a challenge occupy the first grade with the average of (4.42) and with a standard deviation of (0.70) reflecting very high rate. Besides, the data analysis of the paper shows that the remaining challenges have taken scores that ranged between very high and high according to the following order: administrative challenge that was followed by the pedagogical, cultural, technological, social, educational and security challenges. All the suggested handlings of the aforementioned challenges have taken very high scores. The paper ends with some suggestions and recommendations.
