AU - هاشم، نهلة عبد القادر AU - محمد، سليمان عبد ربه AU - القطان، وائل محمود AB - يهدف البحث إلى التوصل لمجموعة إجراءات مقترحة لتطوير إدارة الأداء وتحقيق متطلباتها بالمدرسة الثانوية العامة في جمهورية مصر العربية، ويحاول البحث الإجابة على السؤال الرئيس الآتي: كيف يمكن الوفاء بمتطلبات تطبيق إدارة الأداء بالمدرسة الثانوية العامة في مصر؟ وينبثق عن هذا السؤال الأسئلة الفرعية الآتية: 1) ما الأسس النظرية لإدارة الأداء ومتطلبات تطبيقها بالمدارس المعاصرة؟ 2) واقع إدارة الأداء بالمدرسة الثانوية العامة في مصر؟ 3) ما الإجراءات المقترحة للوفاء بمتطلبات تطبيق إدارة الأداء بالمدرسة الثانوية العامة في مصر؟ يعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي الذي يقوم على وصف وتحليل الظاهرة أو المشكلة، حيث يهتم بوصف ما هو كائن فعلاً وتفسيره، وجمع البيانات وتحديد وتحليل العلاقات بين الوقائع للتوصل إلى الأسباب الحقيقية للظواهر أو المشكلات، ويساهم في تقديم حلول لها. ويتبع البحث الخطوات المنهجية الآتية: 1) وصف الأسس النظرية لإدارة الأداء ومتطلبات تطبيقها بالمدارس المعاصرة. 2) وصف وتشخيص واقع إدارة الأداء بالمدرسة الثانوية العامة في مصر. 3) التوصل لإجراءات مقترحة للوفاء بمتطلبات تطبيق إدارة الأداء في المدارس الثانوية العامة في مصر.
