AB - This study aimed to design a virtual training environment based on an interactive web applications in order to develop electronic management skills, and to identify the effectiveness of the virtual training environment in developing the performance aspects of e-management skills among the principals of public schools in Tabuk. This study has used a semi-experimental approach by using pre and post tests to measure the cognitive aspects of e-management skills among school principals. A note card was used to measure the performance aspect of e-management skills. The study population consists of all 30 secondary schools in Tabuk. The study found that there is an effectiveness of the virtual training environment based on interactive web applications in the development of e-management skills among the directors of public schools in Tabuk. The study recommends holding training courses for school principals to develop their skills in electronic management and use of web applications that have not been used in research in training school principals in developing their electronic management skills and the interest in conducting scientific seminars to demonstrate the importance of electronic training in human development programs for the Ministry of Education.
