AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور البرامج التعليمية ومشرفات رياض الأطفال في التنشئة الاجتماعية وتحديد ما إذا كانت هذه الأدوار ستختلف في ضوء متغيرات "المؤهل العلمي" و "التخصص" و "سنوات الخبرة " واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع عينة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية تكونت من (60) مشرفة من مشرفات رياض الأطفال بمحلية كسلا. استجابت المفحوصات الى إستبانة تم تصميمها وتقنينها بواسطة الباحثة وقد عولجت البيانات عبر إحصاء وصفي واستدلالي بواسطة الحاسب الآلي وتطبيق نظام الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). تمثلت أهم النتائج في وجود دور للبرامج التعليمية والأنشطة الحرة في التنشئة الاجتماعية. كما أثبتت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة في دور البرامج التعليمية في التنشئة الاجتماعية تبعا لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي والتخصص ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، كما أثبتت أيضًا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة في دور المشرفة في التنشئة الاجتماعية تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي والتخصص وسنوات الخبرة. AB - This study aimed to identify the role of instructional programs and kindergarten supervisors in socialization and verity weather this roles will differ when tested a cording to demographic variables (educational level, specialty, experience). The researcher used the descriptive analytical method with a sample (60) female supervisors. Supervisors responded to a questionnaire designed and standardized by the researcher. Data was treated through descriptive and statistical inference by the use of the Computer and Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Main results included: each of the instructional programs, the free activities and kindergarten supervisors has a role on the socialization. The study showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the role of instructional programs on the socialization due to the academic qualification and the specialty variables, while there are statistically significant differences due to the working experience variable. The study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the kindergarten supervisors’ role on the socialization due to the academic qualification, specialty and working experience.
