AB - The objective of the research is to identify the general characteristics of career satisfaction among the teachers of the basic stage in Omdurman Locality or its relation to the organizational commitment the research was carried out on a sample of teachers. In order to achieve these objectives, the descriptive approach was followed to describe the phenomenon accurately as it is in fact. The sample was randomly selected, Teacher and teacher 45 teachers and 35 teachers, and were the tools of research in the scale of employment and the measurement of organizational commitment and the form of basic data and analysis of data used the researcher program statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) Pearson correlation, single-community testing, and independent sample testing.
