AU - عبد الغفور، محمد AU - الرشيدي، نوف متروك AB - هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على واقع تغطية مجلة "المسيرة التربوية" التابعة لوزارة التربية في دولة الكويت لقضايا ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستخدام أسلوبي تحليل المضمون الكمي والكيفي كأداة للدراسة. شملت عينة الدراسة أعداد المجلة الصادرة في ثلاثة أعوام دراسية بداية من العام الدراسي (2013/2014) وحتى العام (2015/2016)، بواقع (35) عدداً وبمجموع صفحات تحليل بلغت (1645) صفحة. وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، تم استخراج النسب المئوية لتكرارات فئات التحليل. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن قضايا ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لا تقع ضمن دائرة اهتمام المجلة بالقدر الكافي، حيث لم يكن هناك باب ثابت بالمجلة لموضوعاتهم خلال فترة الدراسة، وارتباط التغطية أحياناً بالمناسبات الدولية والأنشطة التربوية بمدارس الورش التعليمية - بنات؛ وبلغت نسبة مساحة التغطية الإعلامية لقضايا ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة خلال فترة الدراسة (5.63%) فقط، كما حازت قضية" تربية وتعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة "على أكثر من نصف التغطية الإعلامية مما جعلها تحتل الترتيب الأول بنسبة (53.93%)، وأقل القضايا تغطيةً كانت بالتساوي لقضيتي "حقوق وقوانين "و"صحة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة" بنسبة (2.24%) لكل منهما؛ وكانت أبرز الأشكال الصحفية المٌستخدمة بالتغطية الإعلامية لقضايا الدراسة هو "الخبر" بنسبة (88.8%)؛ في حين أن أكثر الإعاقات تغطية كانت صعوبات التعلم بنسبة (15.7%) وأقلها لاضطراب التوحد بموضوع واحد فقط ولم يكن هناك ذكر للإعاقات الحركية. واهتمت المجلة بالعناصر الاخراجية لموضوعات الدراسة بنسبة عالية. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم تقديم عددٍ من التوصيات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aim of the recent study is to identify the reality of covering the issues related to individuals with special needs through the analysis of a publication affiliated to the Ministry of Education; namely "AI Maseera AI- Tarbawya" Magazine. The study used the descriptive analytical method, through the quantitative and qualitative approaches together as a tool for the study. The sample of the Study included issues of the Magazine released during three academic years as from (2013/2014) until (2015/2016), comparing (35) issues, with total pages of 1645 pages. For the purpose of addressing the question of study, the frequency Percentage within the analysis is calculated. The most important of which are the topics related to the individuals of special needs, are not a point of concern with enough amount to the Magazine, as there were not any regular pages devoted to such subjects related to individuals with special needs, and educational activities taking place at school where educational workshops are organized. The volume of media coverage given to the issues related with a percentage of (5.63%). and education related topics were given more than half of the volume of the media coverage occupying the first place with percentage of (53,93%), while the topics related to issues of the rights and laws connected to individuals with special needs, as well as, the health of handicapped were given the lowest concern with a percentage of (2.24%) equally. Also the most predominant journalistic form used to cover topics related to the study were the "News" category with percentage of (88.8%), Learning Difficulties were the mostly covered category of disabilities with percentage of (15.7%), while Autism took the lowest percentage of Coverage given only one topic, motor disables were not mentioned. Media art design and other production aspects were highly taken care of. Recommendations are cited.
