AU - ملكاوي، آمال رضا حسن AU - المومني، أمل AB - This study aims to develop a framework for the classroom teacher program at Yarmouk University to support its graduates to teach science effectively. To build the suggested framework in-depth interviews were conducted with a sample of (15) participants. The interview questions aimed to identify the obstacles that cause weakness of teaching science. The results showed that the obstacles are concentrated in two dimensions: Obstacles related to the program plan, and obstacles related to the implementation procedures. By referring to the program plan, and to take advantage of leading international experiences in the development of the classroom teacher program, and in light of the solutions proposed by the participants, the suggested framework was built to consist of three main stages: The pre-processes stage, the processes stage that are based on three parallel axes: the partnership between the Faculties of Science and Education, rewriting the program plan, and the academic supervision. The third is the post-processes stage which is focused on field experience (practicum) program. (Published abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif AB - هدفت الدراسة بناء تصور مقترح لتدعيم تدريس العلوم من قبل خريجي برنامج معلم الصف في جامعة اليرموك، ولبناء التصوّر تمّ إجراء مقابلات معمّقة مع عينة تكونت من (15) مشاركاً تنوعوا في مواقع تأثيرهم وتأثّرهم بالبرنامج. وجرى تحليل البيانات النوعيّة المستمدة من استجابات المشاركين على أسئلة المقابلة، التي تمحورت حول المعوقات التي تسبب ضعف خريجي البرنامج في تدريس العلوم. وكشفت النتائج أن هذه المعوقات تتركز في بعدين هما: معوقات تتعلق بخطة البرنامج، ومعوقات تتعلق بإجراءات تنفيذه. ومن خلال الرجوع إلى خطة البرنامج، والاستفادة من تجارب عالمية رائدة في تطوير برنامج معلم الصف، وفي ضوء الحلول التي اقترحها أفراد الدراسة، تمّ بناء التصور المقترح ليتمثل في ثلاث مراحل رئيسة هي: مرحلة ما قبل العمليات، ومرحلة العمليات التي ارتكزت على ثلاثة محاور متوازية هي: الشراكة بين كليتيّ العلوم والتربية، وإعادة صياغة خطة البرنامج، والإشراف الأكاديمي على الطلبة، أمّا المرحلة الثالثة فهي مرحلة ما بعد العمليات التي انصبّ تركيزها بشكل مكثف على برنامج التربية العمليّة.
