AU - الشكري، حامد شياع خير الله AU - السعبري، حسنان عباس صاحب AB - هدف البحث الى التعرف على المهارات التدريسية لدى مدرسي الفيزياء والرياضيات وعلاقتها بأنماط التعلم عند طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة، وللتحقق من أهداف البحث وضعت الأسئلة التالية: 1) ما هي المهارات التدريسية التي يمارسها مدرسي مادتي الفيزياء والرياضيات؟ 2) ما هي أنماط التعلم التي يمتلكها طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة في مادتي الفيزياء والرياضيات؟ 3) هل هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين المهارات التدريسية وأنماط تعلم الطلبة؟. تكونت عينة البحث من (229) مدرس ومدرسة لمادتي الفيزياء والرياضيات وباعتماد نسبة (50%) من مجتمع المدرسين، أما عينة البحث من الطلبة فكانت (1249) طالبا وطالبة وباعتماد نسبة (25%) من مجتمع الطلبة، اختيرت عشوائياً من المدارس المتوسطة والثانوية التابعة لمديرية تربية قسم الهاشمية في محافظة بابل. وتم تحديد المهارات التدريسية بـ (10) مهارات، أما أنماط التعلم فتم اعتماد تصنيف هيرمان. كما وقام الباحثان ببناء أدوات البحث وهي: مقياس المهارات التدريسية المكون من (50) فقرة، واختبار أنماط التعلم المكون من (68) فقرة موضوعية من نوع الاختيار من متعدد. وتم التأكد من الخصائص السايكومترية للاختبارين. تم تطبيق الاختبارين على عينة البحث وجمع الأوراق وتصحيحها وجمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا فكانت النتائج ان الطلبة يمتلكون مستوى جيد من أنماط التعلم. في حين ان المهارات التدريسية لدى المدرسين في بعض مجالاتها لم تبلغ الحد المطلوب. أما ما يتعلق بالعلاقة الارتباطية فان هناك علاقة طردية قوية بين مهارات التدريس التي يمارسها المدرسين وأنماط تعلم طلبتهم. To achieve the aims of the paper, the following questions are: 1) what is the level of the teaching skills that are practiced by the teachers of physics and mathematics? 2) What is the level of the patterns of learning that the secondary pupils possess? 3) Is there a relation between the skills of teaching and the patterns of learning? The sample of the paper is composed of (229) teacher (male, female) for the subjects of physics and mathematics. The pupils (1249) pupils (male, female) from the tow get social. The sample is chosen randomly. The teaching skills are specified by (10) skills. Herman classification is the pattern of learning that is depended throughout the study. The tools used by the researchers are the measurement for the search of teaching as well as choosing the patterns of learning. They assured by the results. The number of leaps (jumps) for the criterion of teaching skills was (50) leaps. While the number of leaps for the test of learning patterns was (68) leaps depending on the type of test and the study ends up with the following results: the pupils are having the required level of learning patterns. The teaching skills of the teachers in same cases did not reach the required level. While attachment a relation between the kills of teaching and the patterns of learning upon the students him are good. The two researchers had given some recommendations that enhances the results of the paper. They also supplied some suggestions that are considered appropriate for the completion of the press paper.
