AB - إستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على درجة فاعلية الذات ودرجة الكفاية المهنية لدى المرشدين التربويين في محافظة النجف. فضلا عن التعرف على العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات والكفاية المهنية. وقد تحدد البحث الحالي بالمرشدين التربويين الذين يزاولون مهنة الإرشاد في المدارس المتوسطة والثانوية والإعدادية في محافظة النجف الأشرف للعام الدراسي 2012- 2013، وتألفت عينة الدراسة الحالية من 180 مرشدا ومرشدة اختيروا من المجتمع الأصلي للمرشدين التربويين في المديرية العامة لتربية النجف والبالغ عددهم 250 مرشدا ومرشدة .أما بالنسبة لأدوات البحث فقد تبنى الباحث مقياس فاعلية الذات الذي أعده عبيد 2006، وبناء مقياس الكفاية المهنية للمرشدين التربويين، وقد استخرجت القوة التميزية ومؤشرات الصدق والثبات للمقياسين. إذ تحقق الباحث من الصدق الظاهري عن طريق عرض المقياسين على مجموعة من المحكمين في العلوم التربوية والنفسية، وصدق البناء عن طريق إيجاد العلاقة بين درجة الفقرة والدرجة الكلية للمقياس بالنسبة لمقياس الكفاية المهنية، أما بالنسبة لمقياس فاعلية الذات فقد استخرجت علاقة درجة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية للمجال والدرجة الكلية للمقياس واستخرجت مصفوفة الارتباطات الداخلية له، وقد اتضح أن معاملات الارتباط للمقياسين دالة وموجبة، أي أن المقياسين يتصفان بصدق البناء. وستخرج الثبات للمقياسين بطريقتين (إعادة الاختبار وألفا كرونباخ) فبلغ معامل الثبات لمقياس فاعلية الذات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار 0.81 أما بطريقة ألفا كرونباخ فقد بلغ 0.85. وبلغ معامل الثبات لمقياس الكفاية المهنية بطريقة إعادة الاختبار 0.85 أما بطريقة ألفا كرونباخ فقد بلغ 0.88. وقد استعمل الباحث مجموعة من الوسائل الإحصائية منها (الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين، ولعينة واحدة، ولدلالة معاملات الارتباط. ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومعادلة ألفا كرونباخ، والالتواء والتفرطح). وقد استخدمت الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) للوصول إلى النتائج المطلوبة في إجراءات البحث. وتوصل البحث الحالي إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) إن فاعلية الذات لدى المرشدين التربويين عالية ودالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 ودرجة حرية 179 إذ بلغت القيمة التائية 14.038 وهي أعلى من القيمة الجدولية والبالغة 1.96. كما أظهرت النتائج أن الكفاية المهنية عالية ودالة إحصائيا أيضا حيث بلغت القيمة التائية 18.392 وهي أعلى من القيمة الجدولية البالغة 1.96 وهي دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 ودرجة حرية 179. 2) أظهرت النتائج أن العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات والكفاية المهنية لدى المرشدين التربويين دالة وموجبة عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 ودرجة حرية 179 حيث بلغت القيمة التائية المحسوبة 4.334 وهي أعلى من القيمة الجدولية البالغة 1.96. AB - In addition to the importance of study is within educational counselor in educational process, and his role to build advanced society, so at study a layer may be participate to present better image of instructing process, it has vital subject lives important level of ministry of education, so the current research aims to recognize efficacy degree of self & occupational competence degree at educational counselors in Al-Najaf governorate, and introducing the relation between self-efficacy & occupational competence at educational counselors in Al-Nasjaf governorate, the researcher presented definitions of two variables of the research (self-efficacy & occupational competence) where presented theoretical & procedure definition to them, and presented theoretical structure of self-efficacy with detail explanation of Bandura theory to interpret self-efficacy because it is theory adopted by the current research, such as theories that explained occupational competence, and its role to manage instructional process of educational counselor, the current research determined with educational counselors who making instructing occupational in secondary & preparatory schools in Al- Najaf governorate for academic year (2012 – 2013), the sample of current study consisted of 180 counselors (males & females), they were chosen from original society of counselors in general directorate of education in Al-Najaf, who are 250 counselors, as concern to tools of the research the researcher adopted to measure efficacy of self-arranged by (Obaid, 2006) making measurement of occupational competence of counselors, according to scientific process of building, distinguishing strength was extracted & signs of truth & constant of two measures, it was certified of appear truth by show two measures over group of experts & arbitrators in psychological & educational sciences, truth of building by finding the relation between degree of paragraph & total degree of measurement as concern to measurement of occupational competence, as concern to measurement of self-efficacy, it was extracted of relation of degree of paragraph of total degree of field & relation between degree of paragraph & total degree of measurement, extracted matrix of internal connections, it was cleared that factors of connectivity of two measurements is positive indication, means two measurements described by truth of building, it was extracted two measurements by method of re-examine Alpha Kronbach, where constant factor reached measurement of efficacy of self by methods of re-examine 0.81 either by Alpha Kronbach reached 0.85, constant factor reached of measurement of occupational competence by method of re-examine 0.85 either by method of Alpha Kronbach reached 0.88, the researcher used a group of statistical means as (T test of independent two samples, of one sample, of indication of connection factors, Person connection factor, equation of Alpha Kronbach, bending and surfacing), it was used statistical bag (SPSS) to reach to required results to make research, the current research has reached the following results: The efficacy of self at educational counselors high & statistical indicator at indication level 0.05 freedom degree 179 where amount reached T-value 14.038 it is higher of table value amount 1.96 as results were shown high occupational competence & also statistical indication, where T-value reached 392.18, it is higher than table value reached 1.96, it is statistical indication at level 0.05 free degree 179, as results were shown relation between competence of self & occupational competence at education counselors indicator & positive at indication level 0.05 free degree 179 where reached T-value accounted 4.334, it is higher than table value reached 1.96, this result indicate.
