AB - The present study aimed to find out the reality of using e-learning techniques by teachers of science in Beni Kenana area, and determine the differences according to gender variables, scientific qualification, years of service, specialization, The study sample consisted of 172 teachers of science in Bani Kenana area, chosen by intended manner. A questionnaire consisting of 61 paragraphs were used after verifying their reliability and stability. Results indicated that science teachers in Beni Kenana area using means of e-learning techniques in teaching with a high degree. and The most widely used fields are data projector, Internet, multimedia programs, and computers, meanwhile educational television, e-mail, were with less usage. Also results showed statistical differences in the degree of usage due to gender variables in favor of females, scientific qualification for postgraduate studies, and years of service for the favor of category 6-10 years, but no differences were found on the variables of specialization and school stage. The study concluded with several recommendations, including: The necessity of continues care by the Ministry of Education of preparing programs of science involving education and training to use means of e-learning techniques, especially in the fields that emerged at the intermediate level: educational TV, e-mail, video conferences, and cell phones.
