AU - بن إسماعيل، محمد زيد AB - يهدف هذا البحث التعرف على مدى معرفة معلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس العربية في مالي للأهداف السلوكية من حيث مفهومها وأهميتها، وصياغتها، ومجالاتها، ومستوياتها. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحثان المنهج المسحي الوصفي معتمدين على أداة استفتاء، وتكوّن مجتمع البحث من جميع معلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس العربية في مالي، وعددهم 124 معلماً. وأظهرت النتائج أنّ لدى أفراد مجتمع البحث معرفة جيدة لمفهوم الأهداف السلوكية وأهميتها، إلا أنهم يعانون ضعفاً في القدرة على صياغة الأهداف السلوكية في مختلف مجالاتها، بالإضافة إلى ضعف معرفتهم بمستويات الأهداف السلوكية في المجال المعرفي، والوجداني، والمهاري. وبناءً على نتائج البحث، أوصى الباحثان بضرورة إقامة دورات تربوية بصفة مستمرة لمعلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس العربية في مالي وتعريفهم بالطريقة الصحيحة لصياغة الأهداف السلوكية في مختلف مجالاتها. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aims to determine the level of Arabic teachers’ knowledge of behavioral objectives in Arabic secondary schools in relation to its concept, relevance, formulation, fields, and levels. The researchers employed descriptive survey approach to achieve the stated objectives. Questionnaire was administered to 124 Arabic language teachers in Mali Arabic secondary schools. The results showed that the teachers have high level of knowledge regarding the concept of behavioral objectives and its importance, but they have low ability to formulate behavioral objectives in its various fields. They also have low level of knowledge regarding the levels of behavioral objectives in the cognitive, emo¬tional, and skill domains. Based on the results of the study, one of the main recommendations of the research is: the Introduction of educational courses for Arabic language teachers in Mali Arabic secondary schools to cultivate them in the better way of formulating behavioral objectives in different fields.
