AB - هدف البحث الحالى إلى تعرف اتجاهات معلمات الروضة نحو استخدام التعلم الرقمى ودرجة امتلاك مهارات التعلم الرقمى لديهن، وتكونت عينة المعلمات من 120 معلمة من روضات بمناطق مختلفة بمدينة الرياض، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استبانة تتضمن محورين أساسين بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، يقيس المحور الأول اتجاهات المعلمات نحو التعلم الرقمى، ويحدد المحور الثانى مدى توافر مهارات التعلم الرقمى لدى المعلمات،ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائيًا تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: وجود اتجاهات إيجابية نحو التعلم الرقمى، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابى العام على محور الاتجاه 2,49 من أصل 3 درجات، واتضح من خلال تحليل النتائج توافر مهارات التعلم الرقمى لدى معلمات الروضة عينة البحث، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابى العام على محور المهارات 2,56 من أصل 3 درجات، كما اتضح من نتائج البحث أن هناك فقرات حصلت على مراتب عليا فى الاتجاهات والمهارات، وأخرى حصلت على مراتب وسطى، فضلا عن فقرات احتلت مراتب دنيا من حيث متوسطاتها، وهذه النتائج تتفق مع بعض الدراسات وتختلف مع الدراسات الأخرى، وانتهى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: 1) إثراء برامج إعداد المعلمات بمساقات تتعلق بالتعلم الالكتروني واستخدام الحاسوب والانترنت فى التعلم والتعليم. 2) عقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمات لمواكبة كل جديد وحديث فى هذا المجال. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The objective of the current research is to identify the attitudes of kindergarten teachers towards the use of digital learning and the degree of possessing their digital learning skills. The sample consisted of 120 teachers from kindergartens in different regions in Riyadh city. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the first axis focuses on the availability of digital learning skills in the teachers. In order to treat the data statistically, the mean and standard deviations were used. The research reached the following results there were positive trends towards digital learning, where the general arithmetic average was on the trend axis 2.49 out of 3 degrees. The results analysis revealed the availability of digital learning skills among kindergarten teachers. Skills 2,56 out of 3 degrees, as it was clear from the results of the research that there are paragraphs got the top ranks in the trends and skills, and others got the ranks of the medium, as well as paragraphs occupied the lowest ranks in terms of average, and these results are consistent with some studies and differ with other studies, and the research ended with a set of recommendations, the most important of which enriching teacher preparation programs with courses related to e-learning, computer use and the internet in learning and teaching holding training courses for teachers to keep pace with all new and modern in this field.
