AB - This study aimed to identify the leadership styles of the school leaders in Al-Baha Region according to the Likert theory from their point of view. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The sample consisted of (287) female teachers, Results of the study showed that school leaders practice leadership styles in different degrees. The degree was high for consultative democratic and participative democratic styles, and low for the benevolent authoritative, and authoritative exploitative style. Also the result showed that there were differences statistically significant at the level of (α≤ 0.05) on the leadership styles due to the variable of the educational level on the domain of benevolent authoritative in favor of the secondary level, and the variable of the training courses on the domains of consultative and participatory democratic for (5) courses, Also statistically differences due to the variable of experience on the domains of consultative democratic and participative democratic in favor of the 10 years and above. Also statistically differences on the domains of benevolent authoritative styles in favor of the lees 10 years, The study recommended many recommendation including: The need to maintain the high degree of practice of participatory leadership patterns, and democratic ,and strengthen school leadership.
