AU - شلال، سماح حمزة. AB - This study aims at identifying the level of self-control of primary stage educators and the significance of differences based on (gender, experience, and marital status). In a study conducted on a sample of (400) educators who were chosen randomly from the schools of two educational Directorates of the first and second Karkh in Baghdad Governorate, this was performed through a self-control scale. The researchers applied the necessary statistical procedures in terms authenticity, and validity. They extracted the discrimination power of the scale's items by applying the two extreme groups' methods and finding the relationship between the item and the total degree. The study adopted (Rogers) Theory and the opinion of its thinkers regarding the concept of self-control. The current research concluded that the research sample has a good level of self-control and lacks statistically significant differences in self-control based on the variables of (gender, experience, social status). The research came out with a set of recommendations one of which is the importance of paying enough attention to what develops and helps raise the levels of self-control of educators because the normal individual is inherently inclined to act socially and not to be isolated which is actually a positive factor for the interaction between the segments of the society.(Published Abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif ID - 125547 OP - ص ص. 247-282 T1 - التحكم الذاتي عند المعلمين والمعلمات [مقال] UL - 1 http://search.shamaa.org/fulltext.gif http://search.shamaa.org/PDF/Articles/EGMktz/MktzNo89P2Y2015/mktz_2015-n89-p2_247-282.pdf النص الكامل (PDF)
