AB - This research aims to identify The effectiveness strategies of (Visual think network and Format) on the development of the inferential thinking and Academic Self-Concept of the high school students grad through the teacher material home economics, and to check it is a scale for measuring inferential thinking and Academic Self-Concept prepared by the researcher, and It has been confirmed validity and reliability of the tools, as well as preparing a proposed unit and designed using strategies visual thinking network and Format, and the study used the quasi-experimental method, where divided the sample into three groups (1st experimental group which studied the strategy of visual thinking networks, 2nd experimental group which studied the strategy Format, and a control group studied the way Traditional), which is based on (pre/post) design for three groups,), after the pre and post application of the study tools in order to assure the equality of the three groups, the experimental group taught by the selected teaching strategies, and After that, the researcher re-apply the study tools on the three groups of the study, and then gathered the students' results in the three groups, and passed them with the statistically treatment by using the arithmetic means. The study reached to the following results: There were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between averages of their classmate's experimental groups studied visual thinking networks strategies format and the control group in inferential thinking and the academic self-concept to the benefit of the two experimental groups scale. There were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between averages of their classmates the first experimental group which studied by strategies visual thinking networks the second experimental group in inferential thinking and academic self-concept scale. also There is statistically weak significant relationship between statistical significant relationship among the two variables of academic self-concept and inferential thinking was strong at (0.01).
