AU - الفايز، ضحى بنت عبد العزيز. AB - The reality of the contribution of the University of management programs and community service activities at Shaqraa University. The degree of contribution of the faculty members at the University of Shaqraa in community service programs. - There are significant differences between members of the responses of the study (Job Title, Degree years of experience in the academic work). The thesis methodology : The Researcher Currently Uses The Descriptive Methodology, that’s for collecting information an d data for the current case for the program of the Community service and it’s nature and it fields and methods of management. The thesis population: The population consists of all leaders an d teaching authority in Shaqraa with it all colleges in Shaqraa, that have 46 deputies and deans , an d 4 deputies for the university, and number of Saudi teaching staff members reaches 945, and number of teaching staff non Saudi members that reaches 943. The thesis sample: There is arbitrary sample has been selected of leaders and teaching staff members in Shaqraa in both colleges as the following, ( 23 ) colleges and they are total of the colleges of Shaqraa, including a sample of (387) of teaching authority members in Shaqraa, for achieving the objectives of the thesis , the researcher uses the questionnaire for necessary data , and the axes of questionnaire agree with the objectives and the questions of thesis. The most important results: The university has played a great role in the field of the development and enforcing the students for the society and working on presenting the services. There is cooperation and integration between the universities and the local society and working on imposing some suggestions in purpose of development and enforcement. The fields of programs and the activities of Shaqraa University for the Community service, is restricted among participation in celebration in national occasions. The effectiveness of enforcement and developing the cultured and academic s in social affairs for students through making use of their experience for enforcing the correlation of the individual with society. Non Renewing in published researches and not existence of the ideas and new researches related to the scientific research.
