AU - السنبل، عبد العزيز بن عبد الله AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات قيام مراكز التعليم المستمر في الجامعات الحكومية اليمنية بدورها في خدمة المجتمع، والكشف عن مدى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في المعوقات تبعاً لمتغير الجامعة، وذلك من وجهة نظر أساتذة الجامعات والعاملين في المراكز، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم تطبيق استبانة على(252) فرداً منهم (56) من العاملين في المراكز، و(196) من أساتذة جامعات عدن والحديدة وذمار. وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود معوقات تقف أمام قيام مراكز التعليم المستمر في الجامعات بدورها في خدمة المجتمع، وهي؛ معوقات إدارية وبشرية, فنية وتدريسية, سياسية وتشريعية بدرجة كبيرة, ومعوقات مالية ومادية بدرجة متوسطة, كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فرقٍ دالٍّ إحصائيًا في متوسط آراء عينة الدراسة نحو المعوقات المالية والمادية، والسياسية والتشريعية بين جامعتي الحديدة وعدن لجهة جامعة الحديدة، وكذلك بين جامعتي الحديدة وذمار جاء لجهة جامعة الحديدة، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فرقٍ دالٍّ إحصائيًا في متوسط درجات آراء عينة الدراسة في المعوقات المالية والمادية، والمعوقات السياسية والتشريعية بين جامعتي عدن وذمار لجهة جامعة ذمار. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study investigates the obstacles facing Yemen universities continuous education centers in playing their role to serve the community from the viewpoint of professors and workers in the centers. The study aimed also to know if there are significant statistical differences in those obstacles related to university variable. The study used the descriptive methodology and therefore, applied a questionnaire on (56) workers in the centers, and (196) professors from Aden, Hodeida and Dammar universities. The findings of the study showed that the continuing education centers at universities face higher degree administrative, human, technical, teaching, policy, and legislative obstacles that hinder their role in serving the community, and medium degree financial and material obstacles. Findings also showed statistically significant difference in the mean scores of some obstacles between the Universities of Aden and Hodeida in favor of Hodeida University. Statistically significant difference in the mean scores of the sample views of some obstacles between the Universities of Hodeida and Dammar in favor of Hodeida University. No statistically significant difference in the mean score was found in the sample's views about the obstacles between the Universities of Aden and Dammar.
