AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمركز تدريب القيادات التربوية بكلية التربية- جامعة الملك سعود، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، كما استخدم الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وكانت عينة الدراسة مكونة من 130 متدربا في البرامج التي يقدمها مركز تدريب القيادات التربوية في كلية التربية - جامعة الملك سعود. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة عالية على بعد العلاقات الإنسانية وبدرجة متوسطة على بعدي التمكن العلمي وطرق التدريس الفعالة، وذلك من خلال: 1) موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة عالية على أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس متمكنون من المادة العلمية للمقررات التي يدرّسونها ويطبقون إستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني في قاعة التدريب. 2) موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة عالية على أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس يحثون المتدربين على المشاركة والمناقشة، ويقيمون علاقات طيبة مع المتدربين أساسها الاحترام والتقدير. 3) ضرورة عقد دورات لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في طرق التدريب الحديثة وعمل زيارات ميدانية مصاحبة لعملية التدريب مع ربط أعضاء هيئة التدريس أساليبهم التدريبية بالتقنية الحديثة. 4) إيلاء الأهمية لاستضافة خبراء من الميدان التربوي للمشاركة بعملية التدريب والاستفادة من خبراتهم. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to recognize the reality of performance of faculty members in the training programs offered by educational leaders training center at King Saud University, researcher has used the descriptive and analytical approach to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire has been used as a tool to collect data, and the study sample consisting of 130 trainees in the training programs offered by the educational leaders training Center at King Saud University. The study found the most important results are: trainees agreed on the dimension of scientific mastery with a moderate degree and trainees agreed on the dimensions of teaching methods and relations with a high degree. In addition to that: 1) Approval of the members of the study a high degree that the faculty members have scientific mastery at the courses they teach. 2) Approval of the members of the study a high degree that the faculty members apply the cooperative learning strategy in the training room. 3) Approval of the members of the study a high degree that the faculty members are making share discussion with the trainees and have good relations with them its basis respect and appreciation. 4) The need to hold the sessions for faculty members at the modern training methods and to link training with modern technology. 5) The importance of hosting experts in the field of education to share the process of training and benefit from their expertise.
