AU - السليمان، نورة عبد الرحمن AB - The study aimed to identify the association between the school leaders’ practice of the ethics of management in Islam and the level of organizational health. Sub-aims were identified from teachers’ perception to explore the degree of the practice of school leaders to the ethics of management in Islam considering educational level and experience variables, and the level of organizational health in general education schools. Method: A cross sectional study was conducted and a survey was administered to 141 female teachers who were randomly selected from varies general education schools in Riyadh. The validated survey was based on a five point Likert scale of agreement, and socio-demographic variables were measured in the survey. The significance threshold was set at.05. Results: the practice of the management ethics in Islam and the level of organizational health were high from teachers’ perception. There is no statistical difference in school principals’ practice of the ethics of management in Islam and the level of organizational health attributed to the educational level and experience. There was a significant positive association between the school principals’ practice of the ethics of management in Islam and the level of organizational health, p ≤0.05.
