AU - بني عامر، أيمن عمر عبد الغني AB - استهدفت هذه الدراسة تقويم برامج الدراسات العليا في كلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية بجامعة القصيم في ضوء معايير الهيئة الوطنية للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة وطلبتها. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة أداة للدراسة بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت النتائج الآتي: 1) إنّ معايير الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي متحققة بدرجة كبيرة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وبدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر الطلبة. 2) وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية في مجال إدارة شؤون الطلبة والخدمات المساندة بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس تُعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي لصالح الإناث، ولمتغير الرتبة العلمية الذي لم يحدد اتجاهه بحسب اختبار شيفييه، في حين لم تظهر فروق تُعزى لبقية المتغيرات في جميع مجالات الدراسة. 3) وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية بين الطلبة تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي في مجال المرافق والتجهيزات لصالح الطلبة الذكور، في حين لم تظهر فروق تُعزى لمتغير القسم العلمي في جميع مجالات الدراسة. 4) وجود فروق بين وجهات نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة في الفقرات المشتركة في جميع مجالات الدراسة ما عدا مجال البحث العلمي لصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس. وقدم الباحثان مجموعة من التوصيات في ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - Based on the National Commission for Assessment and Academic Accreditation (NCAAA) standards, this study was conducted to evaluate Sharia and Islamic Studies graduate program at Al-Qassim University as perceived by teaching staff and students. The following variables were used: gender, academic rank, department to which students are affiliated, academic staff’s years of experience. The study employed the analytical descriptive approach. Two surveys were developed: the first one for teaching staff with (54) items and the second one for students with (41) items. Items were grouped into five fields (learning and teaching, student administration and support services, learning resources, facilities and equipment and research). Having verified their validity and reliability, the surveys were administered to a population sample of (29) teaching staff members and (55) students. Findings revealed that quality assurance and academic accreditation standards are largely satisfied from the perspective of teaching staff members and moderately satisfied from the students’ perspective. Also, results showed the presence of statistically significant differences in the field of student management and support services in academic staff’s responses that can be attributed to gender variable in favor of females, as well as in the field of academic rank, but Scheffe test could not determine their direction. No differences could be attributed to the rest of variables in all study fields. Also, findings revealed statistically significant differences amongst students’ responses which could be attributed to the gender variable in areas relevant to facilities and equipment in favor of male students. No differences could be attributed to the department to which students are affiliated. Except the research domain, results identified statistically significant differences between teaching staff’s and students’ perspectives in the shared (30 items) and in all study fields in favor of teaching staff. In light of the study results, a list of recommendations is proposed to whom it may concern.
