AU - حسين، محمد فتحي عبد الفتاح AB - استهدفت هذه الدراسة معرفة دور إدارة جامعة تبوك في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطلبة، وكذلك تحديد ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في قيم المواطنة تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (المستوى الدراسي، والجنس، والتخصص). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تمت الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي من خلال استبانة طبّقت على عينة قوامها 590 من طلبة الجامعة في المقر الرئيس في مدينة تبوك. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج، أهمها: ارتفاع المستوى العام للمواطنة لدى الطلبة بجامعة تبوك. كما اتضح أن الولاء للوطن يمثل أعلى قيم المواطنة، يليه الالتزام بمعايير المجتمع، ثم الشعور بالمسؤولية الأخلاقية تجاه المجتمع؛ ولم توجد فروق جوهرية في مستوى المواطنة بوجه عام تعزى إلى التخصص أو الجنس أو المستوى الدراسي؛ بينما اتضح أن الفتيات أكثر التزاما بمعايير المجتمع من الشباب في جامعة تبوك. كما أوضحت النتائج أن الخريجين هم أكثر التزاما بمعايير المجتمع من المستجدين، ولم توجد فروق دالة تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة فيما يتعلق بالشعور بالمسؤولية الأخلاقية تجاه المجتمع؛ وبيّنت النتائج أيضا وجود ارتباط إيجابي دال إحصائيا بين الدور الذي تقوم به إدارة الجامعة وبين قيم المواطنة لدى الشباب من الذكور والإناث في جامعة تبوك. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The present study was conducted to explore Tabuk University administration's role in promoting its students' values of citizenship, as well as to identify any differences amongst students regarding such values, which can be attributed to study level, study major and gender. Descriptive approach was employed in developing a survey which was administered to a population sample of (590) students pursuing their studies at the main campus of Tabuk University. Findings revealed a high level of citizenship among students. Sense of patriotism was on top of the values, followed by adherence to social values, then sense of responsibility towards the society. No statistically significant differences could be attributed to any of the study variables; namely: study major, gender and/or study level. Nonetheless, female students appeared to endorse higher commitment to social values than male students. Further, graduate students (both males and females) seem to demonstrate higher commitment to social values than fresh students. No statistically significant differences could be attributed to major study variables in terms of students’ sense of ethical responsibility towards the society. Results have also showed a positive correlation between the role played by Tabuk University administration and students’ citizenship values.
