AU - جبريل، يحيى الصاوي أحمد AB - هدفت الدارسة إلى التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية أثناء الخدمة من وجهة نظر معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بولاية الخرطوم. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكان مجتمع وتم اختيار، 23709 الدارسة معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بولاية الخرطوم والبالغ عددهم معلم 061 عينة عشوائية قوامها واستخدمت الدارسة أداتي الاستبانة والمقابلة، او معلمة المفتوحة لجمع البيانات المطلوبة وتم قياس صدق الأداة باستخدام صدق المحكمين والثبات. بارون–باستخدام معادله سبيرمان توصلت الدارسة إلى أن أهم الاحتياجات التدريبية أثناء الخدمة من وجهة نظر معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي تمثلت في علم النفس التربوي وعلم نفس النمو وطرق التدريس إلى جانب وكذلك يجب تباعد الفترة الزمنية بين، احتياجات تدريبية في مجالي التخصص الأكاديمي والثقافي دو رات التدريب، توجد معوقات مالية ة ي دار ا و تقلل من تنفيذ الدوارت التدريبية أثناء الخدمة وتم اقتارح عدد من التوصيات و عدد من البحوث والدارسات المستقبلية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed at identifying the in- service training needs from the point of view of basic education teachers in Khartoum state. The reseacher used a descriptive analytical method. The population of study is teachers of the basic education in Khartoum state. A random sample of 160 teachers was selected from a total of 23709 teachers. Open interview and questionnaire were used to collect the required data. Reliability of the research tools was measured through expert validation and SpearmanBrown equation. The research findings revealed that the most important needs for in service training from the perspective of basic school teachers were: educational psychology, developmental psychology, teaching methods, in addition to training in the areas of academic and cultural specializations. Moreover, a time gap is a necessity between training courses. There are financial and administrative constraints which hinder the implementation of in service training. Eventually, a number of recommendations were suggested, besides a number of future research projects.
