AB - It aims to explore the extent of achieving the standards for the National Commission of the academic accreditation in the practicum program as one of the activities of field experience at the University of Taibah, To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and analysis the data of (report self-study to assess institutional Taibah University, a questionnaire admitted by the students of practicum program targeted to diagnose, and a questionnaire prepared for supervisors to make sure achieving the standards of the program. Research sample consisted of (161) female and male students graduated in Bachelor and Diploma programs of education, and (30) female and male supervisors in a practicum program. The results showed the most important strengths of the program lies in holding meeting to preservice teachers to orientate the activities of field experience, and the supervisors followed-up the daily lessons preparation. Conversely results revealed the most important weaknesses were limited to the lack of practicum program evaluation, and not to assign pre-service teacher to prepare portfolio and submit reports on the activities of field experience. 90% of supervisors’ responses confirmed the same result.
