( استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي. وتم استخدام الاستبانة والمقابلة لجمع المعلومات. تكونت عينة البحث من ( 100 طالب من مركز التدريب المهني الخرطوم ( 2) و ( 8) من الإداريين والمختصين في المجال المهني. عند تحليل البيانات إحصائياً أظهرت الدراسة عدداً من النتائج : البرامج النظرية والعملية في مراكز التدريب المهني لا تواكب سوق العمل. وجود معوقات تواجه فترة التلمذة الصناعية في مؤسسات سوق العمل. فترة التدريب بمراكز التدريب المهني تمد الطالب بأساسيات المهارات النظرية والعملية لكنه يحتاج لمزيد من التدريب لمواكبة سوق العمل(الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed at revealing the role and importance of apprenticeship in providing student with the basic competencies of skillful worker.The researchers used a questionnaire and interview to collect data. The sample of study consisted of (100) students of vocational training center Khartoum (2) and (8) directors and specialists from the vocational field. The statistical analysis of data showed number of results. The theoretical and practical programs in training centers are not suitable to the needs of the labor market. Some obstacles facing the period of apprenticeship in the labor market institutions.
