AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق التكاتف الأكاديمي بالجامعات من خلال التعرف على مستوى ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام العلمية بجامعة جازان، من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها، وكذلك الكشف عن أثر عدد من المتغيرات في ذلك. تم إعداد استبانة من 39 فقرة توزعت إلى ثلاثة مجالات، طبّقت على عينة من 259 عضو هيئة التدريس. بيّنت نتائج الدراسة أن تقديرات أفراد العينة لمستوى ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام العلمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق التكاتف الأكاديمي بأقسامهم كانت بمستوى مرتفع. كما بيّنت النتائج فروقًا دالة بين متوسطات تقديرات مستوى هذه الممارسة تعزى لسنوات الخبرة في التدريس الجامعي لصالح فئتي الخبرة 6-10 سنوات، وأكثر من 10 سنوات، في حين لم تلحظ فروق دالة تعزى لصفة الكليّة أو للرتبة الأكاديمية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study explores the role of practicing social responsibility in achieving academic solidarity in universities by identifying the level of practice of this kind of responsibility by the heads of the academic departments of Jazan University within their respective departments from the perspective of the faculty staff, and also to examine the impact of the variables in it. A 39-item questionnaire was prepared and divided into three areas and then applied to a sample of 259 members. The results revealed that the level of practicing social responsibility to achieve academic solidarity among the head of academic departments was high. The results also indicated significant differences between the averages of these estimates attributable to university teaching experience for both the (6-10 years) group, and (more than 10 years) group. The results also showed no significant differences attributable to the type of college or to academic rank.
