AU - الطيطي، محمد AU - محسن، أحلام AB - هدفت هذه الدر اسة التعرف إلى واقع الأداء الإداري لرؤساء الدوائر الأكاديمية في جامعتي القدس وبيت لحم من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيهما. واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس المتفرغين في الجامعتين للعام الجامعي 2014/2015، والبالغ عددهم (492) عضوًا. في حين كانت عينة الدراسة عينة عشوائية (طبقية)، بلغ عدد أفرادها (132) فردًا، واستخدم الباحثون أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وتكونت من (42) فقرة موزعة على مجالات الدراسة. وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها بالطرق التربوية والإحصائية المناسبة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع الأداء الإداري لرؤساء الدوائر الأكاديمية في جامعتي القدس وبيت لحم كما يراه أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاء بدرجة عالية. وبمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.80). كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع الأداء الإداري تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة، الجامعة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed at identifying the administrative performance of the heads of academic departments in both Al- Quds University and Bethlehem University according to the views of the faculty members. The researchers used the descriptive method in the study. The population of the study consisted of all the (492) faculty members for the academic year 2014/2015. The study sample was random (stratified) and consisted of (132) members. The researchers used a questionnaire to collect the data to achieve the study objectives. It was consisted of (42) items distributed on the study domains. The validity and the reliability of the questionnaire were verified by the appropriate educational and statistical methods. The results indicated that the reality of the performance of the academic departments at Al-Quds University and Bethlehem University was high, with an arithmetic mean (3.80). There were no statistical significance differences between the estimations of the study sample of the reality of the administrative performance due to the variables of: gender, educational qualification, experience and university.
