AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية التربوية والتخصصية لمعلمات الفيزياء في المرحلة الثانوية، وتحديد العلاقة الارتباطية بين الكفاءة الذاتية التربوية والتخصصية ونتائج اختبارات الرخصة المهنية لمعلمات الفيزياء في المرحلة الثانوية. ولتحقيق هدفي الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت العينة من (51) معلمة فيزياء في المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الرياض، يمثلن 10% من مجتمع الدراسة، تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية. واستخدمت الباحثة استبانة عدلت لغرض البحث، من الاستبانة الأصلية باللغة الإنجليزية في دراسة إينوكس وريجز (1990) وتتكون النسخة العربية المعدلة من (23) عبارة موزعة على محوري الأداة. وتوصلت إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: امتلاك معلمات الفيزياء المعتقدات مرتفعة بكفاءتهن الذاتية، والى وجود علاقة موجبة ضعيفة بين اختبارات الرخصة المهنية العامة ومستوى الكفاءة الذاتية التربوية والتخصصية بلغت (0.129) وهي غير داله إحصائيا، وهذا يشير إلى ضعف الارتباط بينهما. وقدمت الباحثة عددا من التوصيات من أهمها: التأكيد على التنمية المهنية العلمية والتربوية لدى معلمات الفيزياء بشكل خاص ومعلمات العلوم على العموم. AB - The study aimed to reveal the level of educational and professional self-efficacy of secondary school physics teachers, and to determine the correlation between educational and professional self-efficacy and the results of professional licensing tests for secondary school physics teachers. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive correlational approach was used, and the sample consisted of 51 secondary school physics teachers in Riyadh, representing 10% of the study population, who were selected randomly. The researcher used a questionnaire that was modified for the purpose of the current research, from the original questionnaire in the English language in the study of Enchos and Riggs (1990). The modified Arabic version consists of 23 phrases distributed over the two axes of the tool. She reached a number of results, the most important of which are: physics teachers have high beliefs about their self-efficacy, and the existence of a weak positive relationship between the general professional license tests and the level of educational and specialized self-efficacy, which amounted to (0.129), which is not statistically significant, and this indicates a weak relationship between them. The researcher presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: emphasizing scientific and educational professional development for physics teachers in particular and science teachers in general.
