AU - راضي، زهور جبار. AB - The paper aims to design training unit to improve the act university art teachers’ skills. In order to show the activity of this unit, the teacher practices practical application by using meditating teaching style. The sample consists of (28) participants, in a preparation training course for universities graduates as a university teachers who were enrolled in a two weeks training course in meditating teaching. Statistical means were used in treating the results such as T-test, cooper equation; the outcome gave the ace of experimental group in the post -test, due to the training lectures which facilitate the adaptation of skill performance of the trainees by using meditating skills.
