AB - هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على العلاقة بين الصلابة النفسية وقلق المستقبل ومستوى الطموح لدى طلبة جامعة حائل، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (400) طالبا وطالبة، واستخدم الباحث مقياس الصلابة النفسي من إعداد مخيمر (2002)، ومقياس قلق المستقبل لشقير (2005)، ومقياس مستوى الطموح للرفاعي (2010). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة بين الصلابة النفسية وقلق المستقبل ومستوى الطموح لدى طلاب جامعة حائل، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة بين استجابات الطلبة على الصلابة النفسية وقلق المستقبل تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة في مستوى الصلابة النفسية تعزى لمتغير التخصص ولصالح التخصصات العلمية، وقلق المستقبل لصالح التخصصات الأدبية، وكذلك كشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق بين الصلابة النفسية وقلق المستقبل ومستوى الطموح لصالح السنة الرابعة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The purpose of this study is to state the relationship between psychological hardiness, anxiety towards future and level of ambition among students in the University of Hail. It involves a sample of 400 male and female students. The researcher uses certain standards: Psychological Hardiness Standard by Mukhaimir (2002), Anxiety towards Future Standard by Shugair (2005), and Level of Ambition Standard (2010). The results show relevant differences regarding the level of psychological hardiness which is attributed to the major variable and to the advantage of scientific majors, while anxiety towards future to the advantage of Arts majors. It finds out some differences in the relation between psychological hardiness, anxiety towards future and level of ambition to the advantage of the students in the fourth year.
