AU - الجبر، جبر بن محمد AB - إستهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على فعالية استراتيجيات الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات وفق نظرية تريز في تنمية مهارات التدريس الإبداعي لدى الطالبات (معلمات العلوم تخصص معلمة الصفوف الأولية) بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 48 طالبة معلمة، تم توزيعهن على مجموعتين: 25 طالبةً معلمةً في المجموعة الضابطة، التي خضعت للتدريس باستخدام الطريقة التقليدية المعتادة، و23 طالبة معلمة في المجموعة التجريبية، التي خضعت للتدريس باستراتيجيات الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات وفق نظرية تريز. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تطبيق مقياس تقدير مهارات السلوك التدريسي الإبداعي قبلياً وبعدياً على المجموعتين. وتم تطبيق اختبار "ت" للمجموعات المستقلة، لتحديد دلالة الفروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس تقدير مهارات السلوك التدريسي الإبداعي، مع حساب مربع إيتا لحجم الأثر. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة التي تم تحليلها كمياً وكيفياً وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لاستخدام استراتيجيات الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات وفق نظرية تريز لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وبحجم أثر مرتفع جداً بلغ 0.95. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of creative problem solving strategies based on TRIZ theory in improving creative teaching skills for student teachers at Princess Nora Bint AbdulRahman University. The sample of the study consisted of 48 female student teachers, which was divided into two groups. Twenty five female student teachers were in the control group, and taught by traditional teaching methods. Twenty Three female student teachers were in the treatment group, and exposed to creative problem solving strategies based on TRIZ theory. Data was collected by using creative teaching skills questionnaire, and statistical analysis such as means, standard deviations, Independent-Sample T-test was conducted. In addition, Eta squared η2 was computed to determine the effectiveness of creative problem solving strategies on improving creative teaching skills. Results revealed statistically significant differences between the control and treatment groups in favor of the treatment group. This indicated the positive impact of creative problem solving strategies on improving creative teaching skills.
