This study aimed to contribute to shed ding light on animation and its relationship to the formation of the personality of a preschool child. The following sub-questions are included: One: What are the habits and patterns of watching anime? Two: Do cartoon scenes affect your child's awareness of the environment in which he grew up? Three: What are the positive and negative values and behaviors of the child's characters when watching cartoons? In this study, we followed the descriptive approach, which is appropriate to its nature. We also relied on the irregular random sample of 100 individuals. We also relied on scientific observation and questionnaires as a tool for study and data collection. And the resulting behaviors of children, and how parents can avoid the violent habits of the child that he acquired from watching cartoons and cartoons and draw their attention to a double-edged sword and an imminent danger if they do not deal with it well, by providing some recommendations that would contribute to preserving the child and grow it properly.
