The research aims to identify the level of subjective - vitality and the level of occupational hardness of female employees of Jazan University as well as to know the relationship between subjective vitality and the hardness of female employees of Jazan University, and to reveal the possibility of predicting the degree of occupational hardness through the degrees of subjective -vitality of female employees of Jazan University, the research sample consisted of (241) female employees of Jazan University were selected in a random way, and to achieve the objectives of the research, answer its questions, and test the validity of its assignments, the researchers used the descriptive method correlational, and the use of the measure of subjective - vitality prepared by (the two researchers), and the measure of occupational hardness prepared by (Moreno - Jimènez et al. 2014), translated by Sofhi and El Daba (2016). The data was analyzed using the Test "t", Pearson correlation coefficient, and simple regression analysis, and the results of the study found a high level of subjective -vitality and occupational hardness in the research sample of female employees of Jazan University, as well as the existence of a positive correlation make a set of recommendations through the findings.
