فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على الرأفة بالذات في التفكير المغاير للواقع لذوي صعوبات التنظيم الإنفعالي
The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a training program based on self-compassion in reducing upward counterfactual thinking and enhancing downward counterfactual thinking among a sample of students with emotional regulation difficulties. The current study relied on the quasi-experimental design which is based on one group, where the pre and post measurement of the study variables. The experimental study group consisted of (15) first-year students in Faculty of Education -Benha University. The training program consists of (20) sessions based on self-compassion dimensions. The results indicated the effectiveness of the training program in reducing upward counterfactual thinking and enhancing downward counterfactual thinking among the study sample. (Published abstract)
