The significance of the present study is established by its treatment of the topic of educational and social values, which is one of the most significant concerns that constitute the backbone of education and psychology, as it pertains to the moral and educational aspects of the educated individual's life. The research seeks to determine the degree to which the educational psychology course at the University of Tikrit/ College of Education focuses on educational and social values, as seen by teachers and students. To accomplish this, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, preparing a tool consisting of a questionnaire consisting of (34) paragraphs about the degree of availability of values in university psychology courses, which was administered to a sample of (30) faculty members and (122) students. A female student from the College of Education in her second and third year, increasing the total number of participants in the sample to (152). The findings of the study revealed that the level of representation of educational values in educational psychology was at a medium level, as was the level of representation of social values, and there were no differences in the averages of the answers of members of the teaching staff about the availability of educational and social values in the educational psychology course due to the variables of academic qualification, years of experience, and number of students.
