إستخدام نموذج أدكار لتطوير البحث العلمي بالجامعات المصرية على ضوء الاستراتيجية الوطنية للذكاء الاصطناعي
The study aimed to use the ADKAR model of change as a tool for developing scientific research in Egyptian universities in light of the national strategy of AI, by identifying the reality, obstacles facing universities, and ways to overcome them. The ADKAR was used to make a proposed vision. To achieve the study objectives, descriptive approach and a questionnaire was used to collect data from Universities' staff at Sohag University. The study concluded that activities aimed at building awareness, desire, knowledge, Ability building, and reinforcement of the use of AI in scientific research are weak, the existence of a culture that opposes the use of AI, scarcity of training programs, weak infrastructure, and a shortage of experts. The study suggested spreading the culture of AI in scientific research, training university leaders on the use of the ADKAR model, providing infrastructure, attracting experts, and allocating sufficient budgets.
