This research aimed to uncover the requirements of strategic planning to improve the quality of administrative performance in secondary education schools in the State of Kuwait through: the theoretical foundations of strategic planning, defining the conceptual framework for the quality of administrative performance, determining the requirements for improving the quality Administrative performance using the strategic planning approach, and the current research used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the research reached several results, the most important of which are: Cultural requirements such as spreading the culture of strategic planning across the school units and training school personnel on strategic planning, administrative requirements such as providing an integrated database in the school and forming a team for strategic planning and creating a mechanism for communication between school leaders and its staff and holding all employees responsible for strategic planning, such as strengthening the relationship between the school and the community. The local community in the field of strategic planning and strengthening community participation in solving school problems, Economic requirements such as investing time in completing the school plan, developing school work procedures, optimal use of the resources and capabilities available to the school, political requirements such as supporting senior management for the culture of strategic planning, considering strategic planning as a national issue, planning efforts to serve the school and strengthening school management for the value of strategic planning, organizational requirements such as focus On the quality of the organizational structure, focusing on the quality of performance and creating an effective organizational climate, technological requirements such as adapting to the developments of the times and using technology methods in providing school services and employing technological methods to achieve the desired strategic planning.
