The aim research is to present a proposed vision for the design of a master’s program specializing in educational technology at the College of Education – Sa’adah University in light of scientific and technological developments. The researchers used the descriptive survey method, and a questionnaire containing (30) items was prepared, which was applied to a simple random sample of faculty members and students. The number of graduates from the college reached (53) individuals, the Delphi method was used to evaluate the proposed vision for the program by a committee of experts specialized in the field of educational technology in some Yemeni universities, numbering (9) experts. One of the most prominent results of the research was that the level of need to open a master’s program specializing in educational technology at the College of Education in Sa’adah University was rated high, with an arithmetic average of (4.02) and a percentage of (80%), and that the level of obstacles that hinder opening a master’s program in educational technology was rated highly. With an arithmetic mean of (4.03) and a percentage of (%81), the experts’ responses were very appropriate regarding the components of the proposed vision for designing a master’s program in educational technology, as they ranged between (72% – 100%), including: foundations, starting points, strategic direction of the program (vision, mission, values), general objectives, basic requirements, administration and management, study plan and course distribution, and finally the program outcomes. The research also concluded by presenting a number of relevant recommendations and proposals. (Published abstract)
