The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of an electronic program for employing artificial intelligence applications in developing research skills among a sample of teachers Dhofar Governorate. The study sample consisted of two groups: an experimental group and a control group, each comprising 15 male and female teachers. A quasi-experimental design was utilized in the study. Data were collected using a scale for the employment of artificial intelligence applications in developing research skills, which was developed by the researcher. The findings showed a medium level of artificial intelligence application usage in conducting scientific research among teachers. The study also revealed statistically significant differences at the 0.01 level between the mean scores of teachers in the experimental group on both pre-test and post-test measures, favoring the post-test, which confirms the effectiveness of the electronic program. Additionally, the results showed statistically significant differences at the 0.01 level between the mean scores of teachers in the experimental and control groups on the post-test of the scale for employing artificial intelligence applications to develop research skills, favoring the experimental group across all dimensions of the scale. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the electronic program in enhancing research skills among the sample. (Published abstract)
