تمكين القيادات النسائية في الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمدينة الطائف في ضوء رؤية 2030 من وجهة نظرهن
This study aims to identify to which level women leaders are empowered in the General Administration of Education in the city of Taif, considering Vision 2030, from their point of view. The study uses the descriptive correlational approach. The study community consists of women leaders in the General Administration of Education in Taif City, which consists of directors of departments in women's sections in both educational affairs and school affairs, related departments, and department heads of the educational supervisors in the Department of Educational Supervision, with a total number of (63). Due to the limited population of the study, the researcher used the comprehensive enumeration method by applying the study tool to the entire community. A questionnaire was built to consist of (25) statements distributed upon five axes: delegation of authority, training, work teams, effective communication, and motivation. The study reached the following results: 1) The level of empowerment of women leaders - in the General Administration of Education in the city of Taif in light of Vision 2030, from their point of view - was rated (medium), as the overall average of the grand total was (3.25).
