The research aims to uncover the impact of employing smart phone applications in electronic training environments to develop e-learning management skills for faculty members at Mansoura University. The researcher used the semi-experimental approach to measure the effect of the independent variable (smart phone applications in electronic training environments) on the dependent variables (developing the cognitive and performance aspects of e-learning management skills). This is done by using the two research tools: the electronic achievement test to measure the cognitive aspects, and the observation card to measure the performance aspects of the e-learning management skills of the study sample, which reached (30) faculty members. The research found that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of the research sample in the pre and post applications for both the achievement test related to the cognitive aspects and the observation card related to the performance aspects of the e-learning management skills of faculty members at Mansoura University in favor of the post application. The research recommended the necessity of adopting the proposed training program based on smart phone applications in developing e-learning management skills of faculty members, and developing traditional learning environments by employing information technology according to the principles and standards of e-training.
