The aim of the research is to analyze the concept of educational access, and the social, political, economic, and cultural dimensions that this concept has acquired under the control of distance learning, as well as analyzing the concept of the right to education, educational purposes and goals that gain it its human dimensions, and the disclosure of distance learning tools and mechanisms that It can be relied upon to provide real educational opportunities for each right holder, explaining the most important advantages and challenges facing society, especially marginalized groups as a result of relying on the distance learning method, as well as criticism of the social, economic and educational conditions of marginalized groups as a result of the dominance of this mode of learning, and the educational effects and repercussions societal implications. The research used the descriptive-critical approach, and the research concluded: presenting a set of components and basic requirements necessary to maximize educational access opportunities for marginalized groups under the control of distance learning thought and mechanisms, the most prominent of which were: the need to integrate the distance learning method, the traditional school educational method, and support the link between the concept of educational access and many other concepts such as: social justice, quality, and continuous learning, as well as directing all formal and informal efforts, and the participation of formal and informal educational institutions to provide non-traditional compensatory educational opportunities for marginalized groups; It guarantees them their legitimate human right to education under the control of distance learning.
