The study aim of this research is to identify the requirements for the internationalization of education in the College of Education to achieve teacher professionalism, and the obstacles to the application, as the descriptive approach was used to achieve the goals and the development of a questionnaire consisting of (30) items distributed into (4) fields, applied to a random sample of (274) of Faculty members in the Faculties of Education in Egyptian universities. The study found: 1) Internationalization achieves cultural rapprochement between nations and the consolidation of national identity. 2) Internationalization allows international cooperation between institutions of higher education and the strengthening of their international presence. 3) Internationalization expands the global vision by re-envisioning citizenship, and a better understanding of other peoples' cultures and values. Instead of restricting their citizenship to their country or region or highlighting ethnic egoism, they consider themselves global citizens and realize the advantages of cooperating with others. 4) Internationalization achieves sharing of knowledge and ensuring its flow through the latest technologies available between societies. 5) Internationalization leads to the expansion of electronic networks that link educational and research activities at the international level. 6) Internationalization achieves the formation of academic alliances between universities and scientific research centers, allowing contact with prominent scientists, distinguished researchers and international experts. 7) Internationalization increases the mobility of faculty and students. 8) Internationalization helps in learning new approaches to a range of academic and administrative issues and problems.
