The aim of the research was to identify the level of organizational health in the elementary school in Riyadh Alkhabra governorate. It also aimed at identifying the level of organizational citizenship behaviour practice of elementary school teachers, and the effect of some variable on that, as well as revealing the nature of the relationship between the organizational health and organizational citizenship behaviour of elementary school teachers in Riyadh Alkhabra, The researcher used the correlative descriptive method and Hoy, and the questionnaire to collectiog data, The sample consisted of (346) teachers of the elementary schools in Riyadh Alkhabra governorate. The study resulted in the level of organizational health of the elementary school teachers in Riyadh Alkhabra governorate showed a high degree from the point of view of the teachers. The dimensions came as follows: emphasis on academic aspects, availability of supporting resources, teamwork leadership, organizational coherence and teacher's belonging. The level of organizational citizenship behaviour showed a high level of practice from the point of view of the teachers. Its five dimensions were as follows: clear conscience, good sportsmanship, altruism, gentility, and civilized behaviour. The study revealed covariant correlative statistical significance between the level of organizational health and the degree of practice of teachers of the organizational citizenship behaviour in elementary schools in Riyadh Alkhabra. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences among the average responses of teachers on their evaluation of the level of their organizational health due to the variable of gender and experience. And there were no statistically significant differences about organizational citizenship behaviour due to the variables of experience while the results found that there were differences of statistical significance attributed to gender variable, in favour of the females.
