The study aimed to identify the Blue Ocean Strategy and its relationship to achieving competitive advantage at Al-Balqa Applied University from the point of view of its faculty members, and to identify whether there are statistical differences according to variables (gender - years of service - academic rank). To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed a quantitative approach (Descriptive and analytical), and then developing a questionnaire that measures the Blue Ocean Strategy and its relationship to achieving competitive advantage at Al-Balqa Applied University, the implications of its validity and reliability were verified. The study population consisted of (1,425) faculty members at AlBalqa Applied University. The study sample consisted of (350) faculty members at Al-Balqa Applied University. The results showed that Blue Ocean Strategy practices were high, the results also showed that there were statistically significant differences (0=0.05) due to the effect of gender, and the differences were in favor of males, and there were statistically significant differences (0=0.05) due to the effect of years of service, and the differences were in favor of (10 years or more), and there were statistically significant differences (0=0. 0.05) due to the effect of academic rank, and the differences were in favor of (professor rank), In light of the results, the researcher developed a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: opening new research centers, working to develop the skills and competencies of workers to reduce waste of time and effort, and working to prepare a research strategy to support scientific research.
