The study aimed to effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral program to reduce addiction to selfie among a sample of university students with narcissistic personality disorder, and the study sample consisted of two samples: the psychometric exploratory sample (200) of university students with personality disorder narcissism They were randomly selected from both sexes from New Valley University students, and the (experimental) sample numbered (30) students, they were divided into two equal groups, one experimental (15) male and female, and the other control (15) male and female students, and they were chosen by the highest scores Of the top quadrants in the self-portrait addiction scale, and the study tools were the self-portrait addiction scale (prepared by the researcher), and the cognitive-behavioral treatment program (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the group. Experimental and control group in the post application of the selfie addiction scale in favor of the experimental group. The results revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance of 0.01 between the average scores of males and females in the dimension of mood modification and after attracting attention in favor of males, while there were no significant differences between the mean scores of males and females in the repetitive behaviors and the total score of the scale.
