The study aimed to suggest an educational ethical code for security media in Jordan to manage crisis of the spread of false news through social media in light of the epidemic crises from the point of view of workers in the Directorate of Media and Community Police in Public Security. By knowing the reality and challenges, Use the descriptive development method. The questionnaire is a data collection tool, (399) individuals working in the Directorate of Information and Community Police and the affiliated sections in the police directorates affiliated to (the central region, the capital region, the northern region, the southern region, and the Badia region) were chosen by a simple random method, and the results showed that the role of security media in Jordan in crisis management. The spread of false news about Corona via social media from the point of view of workers in the Media Directorate and the Community Police in Public Security came to a large degree, and the results showed that the challenges facing the security media came to a moderate degree. In the light of the results of the study, an educational ethical code was proposed for the security media in Jordan to manage the crisis of spreading fake news through social media in light of the epidemic crises, It consisted of (8) articles that contained the name of the Code, target groups, objectives, principles and some general provisions. In light of the results, the study recommends the Public Security Directorate to adopt the Code of Ethics and seek to circulate it to workers in the Directorate of Information and Community Police.
